DESIGN, FABRICATION AND SUPPLY – SALT TO BLEACH (12%) PRODUCTION SYSYTEM.
To building a new plant of Sodium Hypo chlorite. The product our customer want to produce is mainly from salt, water and power by doing ELECTROLYSIS process as below:
NaCI + H2O ---------> NaOH + CI + H
H2 + Cl2 --------> 2 HCI
How to product 30 M³ of Hypo, HCL, and NaOH:
30,000 lit Hypo @ 120 gram/lit-------> 3.6 to 4 tpd CI2.
30,000 lit HCL @ 33% conc-------> 9.9 to 10 tpd CI2.
30,000 lit NaOH @ 50% conc -------> 15 tpd NaOH. 100%
By considering above they need to build 15 TPD CI2 plant which will give:
15tpd CI2, b. 40/35.5 x 15 = 17 tpd NaOH 100%, 0.42 tpd H2.
