ASSEMBLE THE MEMBRANE ELECTROLYZER FOR CHLOR ALKALI PLANT
We Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt. Ltd assemble the Membrane Electrolyzer, consists of a proton exchange membrane (PEM) located at its center, Anode & Cathode two layers located next on both surfaces of PEM, and two gas diffusion layers (GDL) located next to the outer surfaces of Pt-C layers (structure-a MEA). Assembly pressure, contact resistance, membrane swelling and operating conditions, etc., combine to yield an optimum assembly pressure.
