We, Ti Anode Fabricators Pvt Ltd. (Tiaano) located in Chennai - India has established over 25 years ago with well-equipped in-plant facilities and qualified engineers for the delivering of Mixed Metal Oxides Titanium Anodes and Nickel Cathodes – Design, Fabrication, Refurbishment, Recoating and Zero gap Retrofit by using Precious Mixed Metal Oxides of Iridium, Ruthenium, Palladium etc for the Chlor-Alkali process which is an industrial process for the electrolysis of sodium chloride solutions. It is the technology used to produce chlorine and sodium hydroxide (caustic soda), which is commodity chemicals required by industry.
On the operation of the electrolytic cell, part of the current will leak via process fluids due to relatively high voltage in membrane cells, which may cause stray current (electrolytic) corrosion to the electrolyzer cell component, pipeline and upstream & downstream metallic equipment.
To ease the problems caused by stray current, will fix the Grounding / Earthing Electrodes on the inlet as well as outlet feed on both anolyte & catholyte side to protect electrolyzer cell component, pipeline and upstream & downstream metallic equipment.
